Refund & Purchase Fulfillment Policy

StoreHub is an Ecommerce platform and service that allows Sellers to sell their product online. As such, Buyers should contact Sellers directly for any issues relating to the items purchased.

Every transaction on an online store powered by StoreHub Ecommerce is considered a direct agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. All deliveries of purchased items are fulfilled by respective Sellers.

Buyers may apply for the refund and/or return of the Item according to the respective Sellers’ Refunds and Returns policies. Buyers are to communicate directly and privately with respective sellers to apply for refunds and/or returns of their purchased items.

StoreHub encourages Buyers and Sellers to communicate with each other directly in the event where problem arises in a transaction.
